Refund Policy.

How refunds work for texture pack purchases. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.

Thank you for choosing Doraxtures. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, including texture packs and legacy memberships.

1. No refund policy

All purchases made on Doraxtures are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and access to a texture pack is granted to your account, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, except where required by law or described in section 5.

Legacy memberships

Memberships are no longer sold. Legacy memberships granted before 18 August 2026 remain active until their expiry date and are non-refundable.

2. Why we do not offer refunds

Our products are digital goods and access that are delivered instantly. Because the content is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned", we are unable to process refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with a texture pack's appearance
  • Unused legacy membership time
  • Technical issues on the buyer's device or browser
  • Account bans or suspensions resulting from policy violations
  • Incompatibility caused by changes to EvoWorld or unsupported browsers/game versions

3. Digital delivery

All texture packs are digital and are delivered electronically to your Doraxtures account immediately after payment is confirmed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have received the digital product or access and waive any right to a refund, except where required by law.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to contest all such disputes.

5. Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the rare event that:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate billing error)
  • You did not receive the product due to a verified technical failure on our end

In such cases, please contact us at evodora67@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge with your order details. We will investigate and resolve confirmed billing errors.
