Terms of Service.

The rules for using doraxtures.site, the Doraxtures browser extension, texture pack purchases and monthly memberships. Please read them before you buy or join.

Welcome to Doraxtures. By accessing or using our website (doraxtures.site), our browser extension, and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a texture pack, joining a membership, or using any part of Doraxtures's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. The service

Doraxtures provides custom texture packs for the EvoWorld (evoworld.io) browser game, applied through our browser extension. Our services include:

  • A marketplace of premium and free texture packs for EvoWorld
  • Individual one-time texture pack purchases and bundles
  • Monthly memberships that give access to a set of texture packs while they are active
  • A browser extension that applies your activated texture pack in-game
  • A user account that stores your packs and memberships

Free packs are available to all registered users.

3. Your account

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Register with a valid email address (or sign in with Google)
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date

4. Texture pack purchases

A texture pack or bundle bought in our shop is a one-time purchase. The pack is linked to your Doraxtures account permanently and stays available in the extension for as long as your account exists. Packs added to your account by us are treated the same way.

5. Monthly memberships (automatically renewing)

A membership is a monthly subscription. While it is active it gives you access to every texture pack included in its plan. The packs included in each plan and its monthly price are shown on the Membership page and at checkout before you pay.

In short: memberships renew automatically every month until you cancel.
  • You are charged the monthly price when you join, and again automatically at the start of every new billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the membership's packs until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Packs you bought, or that were added to your account, are never affected by a membership.

Billing period and automatic renewal

Every membership is billed monthly: the first payment is taken when you join, and each renewal is charged every month after that, on a 30-day billing cycle. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the monthly price is charged to the payment method you used to join, until you cancel. By joining a membership you authorize these recurring charges. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel a membership at any time from the Membership page on doraxtures.site (under "Your memberships"), or from the billing page of our payment provider, Whop. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access to the membership's packs until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that, access to those packs ends. You can resume a cancelled membership before that period ends, and it will continue to renew.

Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider may retry it. The membership's packs stay available while the payment is being retried. If the payment cannot be collected and the membership ends, access to the membership's packs ends.

Changes to plans

We may add texture packs to a plan at any time, and may remove a pack from a plan if the pack is discontinued. If we change a plan's monthly price, the new price applies to people who join after the change; an active membership keeps renewing at the price it was started at.

Your purchases stay yours

Texture packs you buy individually, packs from bundles, and packs added to your account by us belong to your account permanently. They are not affected when a membership starts, renews, is cancelled or ends. If a membership includes a pack you already own, you keep owning that pack after the membership ends.

Legacy memberships

All-pack memberships granted before 18 August 2026 remain valid until their expiry date and do not renew.

6. Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD. Prices of texture packs and memberships may change for future purchases; see section 5 for how price changes apply to active memberships.
  • Online payments, including membership renewals, are processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Purchases and membership payments are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing or joining.

7. Acceptable use & intellectual property

Texture packs and the extension are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or publish texture packs or pack files
  • Share your account, purchased packs or membership with others
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the extension
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization
  • Use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose

8. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for any violation of these terms, including account sharing, redistribution of packs, or fraudulent chargebacks. If we delete an account that has an active membership, we stop its future renewals.

9. Relationship to EvoWorld

Doraxtures is an independent fan-made service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EvoWorld / evoworld.io. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued compatibility with EvoWorld, which may change or break compatibility at any time outside our control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
