Welcome to Doraxtures. By accessing or using our website (doraxtures.site), our browser extension, and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any part of Doraxtures's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Doraxtures provides custom texture packs for the EvoWorld (evoworld.io) browser game, applied through our browser extension. Our services include:

• A marketplace of premium and free texture packs for EvoWorld
• A browser extension that applies your activated texture pack in-game
• A membership that unlocks access to premium texture packs
• A user account that stores your membership status and your packs

Free packs are available to all registered users. Premium packs require an active membership.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Register with a valid email address (or sign in with Google)
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date

4. Membership

• Membership is sold as a 1-month (30-day) term and grants access to premium texture packs while it is active.
• Membership automatically expires at the end of the 1-month term. It does not auto-renew — to keep access, you must obtain a new membership term.
• Once a membership term expires, access to premium packs is removed until a new membership is active. Free packs remain available.
• Memberships and packs are tied to your account and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or sublicensed.
• A membership is activated either after your payment is confirmed or after we approve your membership request (for example, when verifying a qualifying YouTube channel membership). Activation may take up to 24 hours for manually reviewed requests.

5. Payments

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
• Online payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle); we do not store your full card details.
• All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

Texture packs and the extension are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or publish texture packs or pack files
• Share your account or membership with others
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the extension
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization
• Use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for any violation of these terms, including account sharing, redistribution of packs, or fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Relationship to EvoWorld

Doraxtures is an independent fan-made service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EvoWorld / evoworld.io. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued compatibility with EvoWorld, which may change or break compatibility at any time outside our control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
